Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 254.3 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 510,849 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 254,371,074 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (47,308,698), India (34,456,401), Brazil (21,965,684), France (7,413,180), Russia (8,991,748), Turkey (8,459,089), Great Britain (9,686,363), Italy (4,873,075), Spain (5,061,045), Germany (5,108,916), Argentina (5,308,781), Iran (6,051,642) and Columbia (5,036,287).
At least 5,114,533 people died from the virus, including 765,762 people — in the USA, 611,478— in Brazil, 291,147— in Mexico, 463,852— in India, 143,598— in the UK, 132,893— in Italy and 253,009 — in Russia.
At least 182,605 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,040,924 cases — in Kazakhstan, 190,104— in Uzbekistan, 17,489 — in Tajikistan.
