75 people resettled from mudflow-prone areas to new village in Batken
At least 75 residents have been resettled from mudflow-prone villages in Batken and Leilek districts of Kyrgyzstan. They received land plots in Dyukr Kadamdzhaiskaya area. The press service of the Presidential Envoy to the region informed 24.kg news agency.
A new Yntymak village consisting of 1,500 houses will be created in Dyukr area.
«The houses of 75 residents of the region were damaged in the spring during mudflows. It was decided to resettle them to another place. Residents of three districts will live in Yntymak village,» the press service reported.
