Air quality in Bishkek deteriorates with onset of cold weather
Cold snap has led to a deterioration in air quality in the capital of Kyrgyzstan. To date, Bishkek takes the 19th place in the World Air Quality ranking of the largest cities in the world.
Status of the city is marked as «moderate». The air quality index, according to the website, is 84 (AQI), but this indicator has been much higher in the last three days — from 112 to 124 (AQI).
