Ulukbek Maripov proposes to hold Days of Culture of Kyrgyzstan and Turkey
«We propose to hold Days of Culture of Kyrgyzstan in Turkey and Turkey — in Kyrgyzstan,» the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Ulukbek Maripov said today at the 10th meeting of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Intergovernmental Commission.
According to him, the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries is marked this year. The head of the Cabinet of Ministers proposed to hold the Days of Culture on the occasion of this date.
«My colleague Fuat Oktay and I discussed this issue in an informal setting. I propose to support and develop this initiative,» he said.
In turn, the Vice President of Turkey Fuat Oktay noted that Turkey has been ready to implement many different projects in the field of culture.
