Parliament of Kyrgyzstan adopts new criminal legislation in three readings
Parliament of Kyrgyzstan approved the Criminal Procedure Code, the Criminal Code and the Code of Offenses against Administrative Order in three readings yesterday evening.
It also adopted a law on introduction of the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, the Code on Offenses against the Administrative Order and amendments to some legislative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The new codes will enter into force on September 1, 2021.
