New boiler house to be put in service in Bishkek
A new boiler house will be put into operation in Bishkek in the area of the old airport in the near future. Director of the State Ecological and Technical Safety Inspectorate Dzholdoshbek Dzhunushev announced at a meeting of Kyrgyzstan parliamentary faction.
According to him, the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere from the boiler house will be 44 tons, but if a condensing boiler is installed, the figure will drop 40 times.
«If the Bishkek City Administration installs a condensing boiler, then the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere will be only 1 ton. I suggest the city administration to consider this issue,» Dzholdoshbek Dzhunushev said.
