Interior Minister voices number of organized crime groups’ members in Kyrgyzstan
The Minister of the Interior of Kyrgyzstan Kashkar Dzhunushaliev voiced the number of members of organized crime groups in Kyrgyzstan to the deputies of the Parliament.
According to him, there are three groups registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which include 210 people. In 2017, they included 241 people.
Mirlan Zheenchoroev noted that the Interior Ministry officials give incorrect information. «It seems that we have five accounts of members of the organized criminal groups. All provide different numbers,» said the deputy.
Kashkar Dzhunushaliev explained that 1,035 people related to criminal groups were on a special account.
