Period of issue of expert report in construction industry reduced to 30 days
Single Window system was launched at the State Agency of Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic to accept design estimates for a comprehensive expert examination. Press service of the state agency reported.
Earlier, the examination of architectural, construction and engineering sections of design and estimate documentation was carried out by the state agency, fire safety expertise — by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, environmental expertise — by the State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forestry, industrial safety expertise — by the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use.
The process of consideration of documents was dragged on up to 170 days. After the introduction of a comprehensive examination and electronic acceptance of design and estimate documentation, the period reduced to 30 days. This will eliminate contacts between citizens and officials, eliminating corruption risks and increasing the level of citizens’ trust in state bodies.
