Land plots bought out to increase territory of Kant airbase
Land plots around Kant airbase were bought out to expand its territory. Representatives of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic reported at a meeting of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan.
According to them, the land around the airbase was bought out and transformed.
Recall, in accordance with the new agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Russia on Kant airbase, the territory of the military facility has been increased by 5 hectares. In addition, the annual rent for the use by the Russian side of the land and the water area has been increased to $ 4,794,000.
