A list of citizens who were included in the migration amnesty in Russia was made public. The State Migration Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.

From March 29 to April 22, 2019, citizens of Kyrgyzstan staying in Russia with violation of their term of stay are given the opportunity to legalize their stay without administrative responsibility and inclusion in the so-called black list. Migrants do not need to leave Russia.

To take advantage of the migration amnesty, citizens need to come to any district office of the Main Directorate for Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with an identification document (ID card or passport), where a new migration card will be issued.

Citizens of Kyrgyzstan who stay in Russia with violation of the migration legislation of the Russian Federation are granted an opportunity to check themselves in the list on the official website of the State Migration Service of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section «Migration Amnesty — 2019» or at the link.

In addition, there is an opportunity to check your name in the list of citizens whose entry to the territory of the Russian Federation was closed on the website of the State Migration Service. This category of citizens is recommended to enter the territory of Russia from May 1, 2019.

«We urge all citizens of Kyrgyzstan who are in Russia in violation of the migration legislation of the Russian Federation to use the migration amnesty and legalize their stay in the Russian Federation. We ask to share this information with relatives, acquaintances and friends,» the State Migration Service calls on the Kyrgyzstanis.
