SCNS not confirm Zhenish Razakov’s involvement in foreign intelligence services
The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan, on the basis of discreditable publications in the media regarding the Vice Prime Minister Zhenish Razakov, conducted pre-trial proceedings on a criminal case registered under the article «Treason.» Press center of the committee reported.
It is clarified that according to the results of an inspection, the official’s involvement in the special services of foreign countries was not confirmed.
Recall, a publication that the Deputy Prime Minister Zhenish Razakov was an agent of the special services of a neighboring country appeared in Tajik media. The official headed the Kyrgyz delegation during the talks with Tajikistan over the conflict on the border of the two countries. After that, the deputies demanded to check the published materials.
