Kyrgyzstan and Russia to sign agreements totaling $ 6 billion
Amount of investment agreements and exports following the negotiations of Russian and Kyrgyz companies will exceed $ 6 billion. The Minister of Economy of Kyrgyzstan Oleg Pankratov told journalists.
«I can only voice a preliminarily amount so far. We hope that the agreements that were negotiated and signed yesterday and today will exceed $ 6 billion. These are exactly investment and export agreements. Intergovernmental agreements do not contain finances. It’s just establishment of contacts,» stressed Oleg Pankratov.
At least 16 agreements and memorandums of cooperation were signed today during the business breakfast of the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Oreshkin and the Minister of Economy of Kyrgyzstan Oleg Pankratov, including agreements between the governments of Kyrgyzstan and Tyumen, Sverdlovsk Oblasts, the Republic of Komi and Bashkortostan.
