Gasoline imported to Kyrgyzstan from Kazakhstan under guise of gasohol
At least 240.6 tons of gasoline were imported to Kyrgyzstan from Kazakhstan being registered as gasohol for the purpose of tax evasion. The State Tax Service reports.
Doubtful oil product was stored in the petroleum storage reservoir, located in Kara-Balta.
In order to find out the type and brand of the petroleum product for compliance with GOST, its samples were sent to an accredited testing laboratory.
In accordance with the laboratory’s conclusion, samples of the petroleum product were defined as AI 92 gasoline, which is included in the permitted positions in accordance with the Regulations on procedure for accounting and control of petroleum products and use of control seals in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
