Police confiscate 215 improperly stored weapons in Bishkek
Employees of the Bishkek Internal Affairs Department conducted a raid on countering illegal circulation of weapons, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices. Press service of the department reported.
It is specified that the police checked 26 objects of the licensing system: six objects that stored firearms and 17 private security companies.
«At least 1,073 amateur hunters, 276 persons authorized to carry and store gas-traumatic weapons, as well as 147 people having honorary weapons were checked. At least 215 firearms were confiscated during the raid,» the press service reported.
