Kyrgyz manufacturers may get benefits when participating in tenders
Kyrgyz manufacturers of goods may get benefits when participating in tenders. State Procurement Department says.
It is planned to engage domestic manufacturers in state procurement. The law was amended to oblige procuring entities to provide 20 percent benefits for goods and work to domestic suppliers.
In addition, the procurement related to the production and personification of documents of national importance and special forms was taken out of the law. In order to support domestic suppliers, the above mentioned purchases are carried out by a state enterprise.
Procuring entities may independently conduct procurement by means of a direct contract in cases of acquisition of works and services provided by state bodies.
