Mercenary from Syria detained in Kyrgyzstan
Intelligence agencies of Kyrgyzstan detained a member of an international terrorist organization. Press center of the State Committee for National Security reported.
The detainee was put on the international wanted list. This is a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, a native of Osh region.
In 2015, while working in one of CIS countries, he got under influence of emissaries of a terrorist organization, left for Turkey and then for Syria, where he joined gangs and participated in hostilities against government troops as a mercenary.
He was wanted within a criminal case. The detainee was placed in a pretrial detention center of SCNS.
