Fines for spitting. Commissions for consideration of cases approved
Composition of district commissions for consideration of cases on violations were approved in Bishkek. Press service of the Bishkek City Administration reported.
The commissions are permanent collegial bodies and meet as soon as materials become available. The term of consideration of a case is 10 days, the term of appeal against a decision is 10 days. Peculiarity of the commissions is participation of deputies of the Bishkek City Council in their future activities.
During consideration of materials on a violation, data recorded by technical means having photo and video recording functions (video cameras, video recorders, video cameras of mobile devices and devices) can be used as evidence.
Recall, commissions will consider violations in the field of waste management, municipal improvement rules, sanitary maintenance of common areas and other issues.
