Financing of the judiciary grows annually in Kyrgyzstan. President Sooronbai Jeenbekov announced at the 11th Congress of Judges.
According to him, at least 1,555,958 billion soms were allocated in 2018. This is 14 percent more than in 2017.
«There is political will and means to reform the judicial system. We allocate enough funds. Despite the fact that the country has funding needs in other areas, sufficient funds are allocated for the judicial system. Salaries will be increased when there is a rise in the economy in the republic, when the judiciary becomes fair. Everything is closely interrelated,» Sooronbai Jeenbekov added.
