Safe City project. Violators receive first notifications of fines
Violators received first notifications of fines. The Main Traffic Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic distributed a video in which a car owner was handed a decision on traffic violation.
The car owner explained that she had sold the car with a power of attorney. But, according to the current legislation, the notification of the fine came to her. She immediately paid it through a mobile wallet.
In case of payment of a fine for violation within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of notification, its size is reduced by 50 percent.
