A 23-year-old Kyrgyzstani was caught red-handed when selling her newborn daughter for a million rubles in Moscow. Lenta.ru reports.
As the Investigation Department for Moscow informed, the woman posted an advertisement about search for adoptive parents in one of the social networks. She was detained on March 5 at her place of residence immediately after she took the money and handed over a receipt for receiving the full amount to the child’s buyers.
«The newborn is not in danger, the girl was sent for examination to a hospital, after which she will be transferred to infant orphanage. The woman, who gave birth to the girl, admitted guilt during the first interrogation. Investigators intend to apply for arrest. The detainee explains her actions by difficult financial situation and unexpected pregnancy. She did give a name to the girl,» the source of Lenta.ru told.
