State Phytosanitary Inspectorate takes loan for animals’ identification
State Inspectorate for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Safety of Kyrgyzstan took a loan of 40 million soms from the state to carry out identification of animals within the planned terms. The head of the agency Kalysbek Zhumakanov announced the day before at a meeting of the Parliament.
According to him, the budget did not have funds for identification, and the loan was needed in order to implement the project. The Ministry of Finance made concessions. As a result, it managed to purchase the required number of tags.
«We bought tags for 38 soms each. We must give proper respect to owners of livestock. They reacted to the project with understanding. All of them pass identification without any problems. As of today, we have collected all the funds and returned the loan to the state,» Kalysbek Zhumakanov summed up.
