Government of Kyrgyzstan considers domestic diesel as substandard
Quality of diesel fuel produced in Kyrgyzstan raises questions. The First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Kubatbek Boronov told today at a meeting of the Parliament.
MP Ziyadin Zhamaldinov asked if there was diesel fuel produced in the Kyrgyz Republic on the market and how much it costed. It turned out that the selling price of diesel produced at Junda Refinery was 37.5 soms, and in Russia — 39 soms. Deputy believes that it is better to provide farmers exactly with domestic product. However, Kubatbek Boronov did not agree.
«We have to look at quality. If it is low, costs will increase. We are far from providing farmers with substandard fuel. I can say that at the time of spring field work, the cost of Russian fuel for farmers will be reduced by 40 tyiyn per liter,» the First Deputy Prime Minister told.
