Case of brother of ex-head of SCNS Abdil Segizbaev sent to court
Criminal case against the brother of the former head of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan Abdil Segizbaev, Skandarbek Kocherbaev, was sent to court. The Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
Pervomaisky District Court will consider the criminal case.
«Skandarbek Kocherbaev was charged with abuse of official position and appropriation or embezzlement of entrusted property,» the Prosecutor General’s Office noted.
The former chief of Internal Investigations Department of the Interior Ministry, Skandarbek Kocherbaev, was fired from the internal affairs bodies in May 2018. At the same time, the Prosecutor General’s Office opened a criminal case against him.
