Gasoline falls in price by 1.5 soms for 2 months in Kyrgyzstan
According to the results of two months of 2019, the retail prices for fuel and lubricants declined in the republic as a whole. Association of Oil Traders of Kyrgyzstan reported.
In January — February, gasoline fell by 1.5 soms, or 3.5 percent on the average all over the country and the average cost of diesel fuel decreased by 1.3 soms, or 2.8 percent.
In early February, the State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation recommended large oil traders to reduce retail fuel prices due to a drop in selling prices for fuel and lubricants in Russia.
In 2018, fuel grew in price by 10.7 percent in Kyrgyzstan. Price of diesel fuel increased by 18.5 percent, gasoline — by 9.5 percent.
