Government of Kyrgyzstan promises not to increase tariffs
Tariffs for electricity and heating will not be increased in Kyrgyzstan. The First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Kubatbek Boronov announced today at the meeting of the SDPK parliamentary faction.
According to Taalaibek Nurbashev, Director of the State Agency for Regulation of Fuel, Energy Complex and Subsoil Use, the new tariff policy will be introduced this year, as the previous one has expired.
Kubatbek Boronov noted that when revising tariffs, it was not necessary to raise them.
«We will review the tariff policy this year, but there will be no increase,» he assured.
