Employment of Vietnamese citizens without permits revealed in Bishkek
Fact of violation of the rules for attracting and using foreign labor in Kyrgyzstan was revealed in Bishkek. The State Service for Combating Economic Crimes of the republic informed 24.kg news agency.
According to it, a citizen of Vietnam applied to the state service. She said that a Kyrgyzstani illegally employed her compatriots without special permission from the State Migration Service. In order to clarify the circumstances of the case, the state service obtained a warrant of search from the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek.
«There were fears that objects and documents subject to seizure that are relevant to this case could be lost or destroyed due to delay. A search was conducted immediately after receiving the search warrant. It turned out that four Vietnamese citizens worked illegally in the sewing workshop. Pre-trial proceedings are being conducted on the case,» the state service reported.
