Multi-storey building constructed in buffer zone of Sulaiman-Too in Osh
A multi-storey building is being constructed in the buffer zone of Sulaiman-Too in Osh. The head of the Osh branch of Interbilim International Center NGO Gulgaky Mamasalieva told 24.kg news agency.
According to her, the work is carried out without permits.
«Previously, there was a two-story apartment building. But one can not construct buildings above four floors in a buffer zone. According to our data, the State Architecture Agency did not give permission, the company began construction illegally. We appealed to the prosecutor’s office, they found out that there were no documents, and opened a criminal case,» she told.
