Kyrgyzstan abolishes fee for environment pollution from foreign vehicles
The Government of Kyrgyzstan abolished a fee for environment pollution upon entry of vehicles of foreign countries. The document was signed by the Prime Minister Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev.
Thus, the government decree dated December 17, 2013 and clause 3 of the Regulation on the Environmental Posts of the State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forestry have lost their force.
The decree comes into force in seven days after its official publication.
The decision was made in connection with the entry into force of the Code on Non-Tax Revenues, which provides for payment for the use of roads.
