Kyrgyz Government to prevent conflicts between investors and local residents
Investors in Kyrgyzstan will be obliged to draw up tripartite agreements with local authorities and the population. The Prime Minister of the republic Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev announced at a meeting of the Security Council with the participation of the President.
In his opinion, this will help avoid conflicts on the fields.
«There are frequent conflicts between an investor and the local population. It is known that there are interested persons in these clashes, and politicians, officials, and other organizers are among them. We must ensure the rule of law in the place of work of an investor,» the head of the Cabinet stressed.
«The issue of licenses should be transparent, bona fide entrepreneurs should get them,» Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev said.
