Kyrgyzstan finally excludes pensions from total family income
Pensions were finally excluded from the total family income in Kyrgyzstan. The President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed amendments to the law on State Allowances, the press service of the head of state reported.
The law was adopted by the Parliament on December 13, 2018.
MP Kenzhebek Bokoev initiated the amendments. According to him, a gross mistake was made when adopting the law. Thus, the pension was included in the total family income in Article 1. At the same time, a government decree dated July 1, 2018 does not include pensions in a family income.
