Kyrgyzstanis killed in traffic accident near Penza
A man and a woman were killed in a collision of Toyota Alphard minivan and a GAZ truck on the 420th kilometer of Nizhny Novgorod-Saratov highway in Penza Oblast of Russia on the night of January 24. PenzaNews news agency reported.
«As a result of the traffic accident, passengers of the Toyota car, a 54-year old man and a 26-year-old woman, died of injuries at the scene,» the police reported.
The State Traffic Inspectorate added that two more passenger of the minivan were hospitalized. Later, the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia reported that the dead were citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
«In total, according to preliminary data, eight citizens of Kyrgyzstan were in the car. Two of them are currently undergo outpatient treatment at Penza City Clinical Hospital 6, and other four, including the driver, were not injured. The Embassy sent a request to the Traffic Safety Department of Russia for Penza Oblast to clarify the circumstances of this accident,» the report says.
