Vehicles smuggling. Customs officers find another illegal truck
Another fact of illegal import of a truck and a trailer was revealed in Kyrgyzstan. The State Customs Service reported.
Back in 2017, a scheme for evading customs duties was detected in Kyrgyzstan. More than 120 expensive vehicles are currently under arrest. It is possible that their number may be larger. The State Customs Service, the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes and the Ministry of Internal Affairs continue checks.
So, customs officers revealed the fact of illegal import of Volvo heavy truck and Wielton trailer into Kyrgyzstan. The total amount of due customs payments is 2,171.7 million soms.
Materials were sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office for consideration and decision making.
