Safe City. Vehicles to be placed on special impounds for non-payment of fine
It is offered to temporarily place vehicles on special car impounds for non-payment of a fine in Kyrgyzstan. Such a rule is proposed to be included in the Code of Violations.
A new article «Suspension from driving» is introduced. A driver can be suspended from driving for operation of a vehicle without documents, for drunk driving, for driving without state number plates or if they are fake, or if the deadlines for payment of fines are not met.
Suspension from driving is applied by banning and prevention of a person from driving until all reasons are completely eliminated.
In case of suspension from driving, the Main Traffic Safety Department places a vehicle on a car impound.
