Kyrgyzstanis consider Customs as the most corrupt state service
At the end of 2018, the citizens of Kyrgyzstan called the State Customs Service the most corrupt state agency. The National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan says.
The population confidence index was estimated in points — from — 100 to + 100. The higher is the score, the higher is the confidence. Kyrgyzstanis answered three questions: «How much do you trust a certain state body?», «How do you assess the level of corruption in it?» and «How do you evaluate its activity in general?».
The State Penitentiary Service (-9.1 points), the Ministry of Health (-8.5 points), the Ministry of Internal Affairs (-8.3 points) and the Ministry of Transport and Roads (-0.5 points) were named among the most corrupt state bodies.
According to Kyrgyz citizens, least of all corruption is observed in the local state administrations (38.4 points), the State Agency of Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports (37.8 points), in the offices of plenipotentiary representatives of the government in the regions (33 points) and the State Committee of Information Technologies and Communications (32.4 points).
