Kyrgyzstanis abroad to get consular advice easier
The Consular Services Department has opened a telephone number to which citizens of Kyrgyzstan, who are outside the country, can apply for round-the-clock advice. Press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Kyrgyzstanis will be able to send text, voice messages, photos and videos via WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat and Viber applications to the phone number +996551312000. The ministry noted that the new communication channel is working in test mode.
«The work is organized in order to receive messages around the clock and provide advice on protecting the rights and interests of Kyrgyz citizens, temporarily or permanently staying in foreign countries, as well as feedback on the activities of foreign institutions of Kyrgyzstan,» the Foreign Affairs Ministry said.
