Residents oppose construction of house for Bishkek City Administration's staff
The Bishkek City Administration will build an apartment building for its employees and its structural divisions in the 5th microdistrict of the capital. The city administration reported.
The land plot was transferred to the Capital Construction Department for unlimited use for the design and construction of a multi-storey residential building in 2012.
«In 2018, the Capital Construction Department held a tender for the purchase of works. It involved three companies. The contract was concluded with MS Building company for 123,375,395 soms,» the city administration noted.
The city administration added that preparatory work for construction was underway. The Capital Construction Department received letters confirming the legality of the work from Bishkekglavarkhitektura and the State Expertise Department.
The plot has been already fenced. Locals claim that the territory belongs to kindergarten 138.
