Safe City project. Tender for sending of letters with fines announced
The Main Traffic Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan announced a tender for printing of copies of regulations on traffic violations. The state procurement portal says.
An operator will have to receive and process the personal data of an addressee, print the resolution, determine the postal address of a car owner and deliver to the post office reception center.
The winner of the tender must be responsible for the safety of the registered mail and perform services regardless of the number of protocols drawn up.
At least 105,102 million soms were budgeted for sending of letters. It is planned to send 13,137,750 resolutions.
Safe City cameras are already being installed in Bishkek. They must start working no later than on February 12. Sending of letters with fines will begin then.
