Kyrgyzstanis vacationing in Thailand outside Pabuk tropical storm area
There are no Kyrgyzstanis among the tourists affected by Pabuk tropical storm in Thailand. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic informed 24.kg news agency.
«There is no diplomatic mission of the republic in Thailand, but there is a mission in Malaysia. Our employees work with our citizens. As soon as it became known about the impending storm, the embassy issued a warning,» the ministry said.
However, according to the Thai Meteorological Center, the tropical storm continues to move in the northwestern direction. It is expected to reach the tourist areas of Phuket, Krabi and Phang Nga provinces.
