Court reinstates Raiymbek Matraimov in office of deputy head of Customs
The Bishkek City Court upheld the decision of the first instance court to reinstate the ex-deputy head of the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Raiymbek Matraimov, in office. His lawyer Tatyana Karyzhinskaya told 24.kg news agency.
According to her, the decision of the second instance court takes effect immediately and now Raiymbek Matraimov can return to work. Government representatives said they would appeal this decision to the Supreme Court.
Earlier, the Pervomaysky district court of Bishkek reinstated the ex-deputy chairman of the Customs Service Raiymbek Matraimov in office. Disagreeing with this decision, the government appealed against it to a higher court.
