Duishenbek Zilaliev calls case against him a political show
The Former Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Duishenbek Zilaliev does not admit his guilt within the criminal case on illegal enrichment. His lawyer Chinara Dzhakupbekova told 24.kg news agency.
According to her, Duishenbek Zilaliev asserts that he can give an explanation for each circumstance.
He also denies that he earned the money on the sale of livestock as his lawyer Uchkun Karimov had previously stated.
Duishenbek Zilaliev was arrested within a criminal case on illegal enrichment. He is suspected of illegal issue of mining licenses when he headed the State Agency for Geology and Subsoil Use. The court granted the investigation request for the arrest of the former official.
