Supreme Council of EEU may now include prime minister
Protocol on amending the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union has been ratified. The Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.
Sooronbai Jeenbekov reportedly signed the relevant law. The Parliament adopted it on November 14.
The law comes into force in ten days after its official publication.
It is also noted that in 2015 a new version of the Constitution was adopted in Armenia. It entered into force in full in 2018. According to it, Armenia switches to the parliamentary system of governance and it significantly changes the powers of the president.
