President approves fines for grazing domestic animals at cattle mortuaries
The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sooronbai Jeenbekov, signed the law on amending the Administrative Responsibility Code. Presidential press service reported.
The law was passed by the Parliament on September 13.
The document introduces administrative responsibility for violation of the rules and requirements for animal identification, veterinary and sanitary rules for collecting, utilizing and destroying biological waste, rules for maintenance of places for the burial of corpses of agricultural and domestic animals (cattle mortuaries, biothermic pits and crematoria), cattle grazing at the cattle burial grounds, biothermic pits and crematoria.
The law comes into force on the date of its official publication.
