U.S. dollar grows in price by other 15-20 tyiyns for 2 days in Kyrgyzstan
U.S. dollar continues to rise in price in Kyrgyzstan. In two days, it grew by 15-20 tyiyns and reached 70 soms.
Today, the capital’s exchange offices and commercial banks buy the dollars for 69.6-69.7 soms, and sell — for 69.8-69.9 soms. Thus, since the beginning of the week, the American currency has risen in price by 90 tyiyns.
The nominal rate of the National Bank is 69,6839 soms (0.11 percent growth for a day).
A similar situation was observed in early September. Then, the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan intervened to stabilize the situation on the foreign exchange market. However, now, despite the growth of the dollar exchange rate, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic does not enter the foreign exchange market.
