Judge of Moscowsky District Court to be prosecuted
Judge of the Moscowsky District Court of Chui region Marles Felix was dismissed. The Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.
The decree was signed by the head of state Sooronbai Jeenbekov.
«Marles Felix was dismissed due to the fact that the Prosecutor General’s Office received a consent of the Disciplinary Commission under the Council of Judges to bring him to criminal responsibility,» the Presidential Administration said.
