The World Bank is ready to finance the construction of Kambarata HPP 1. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported, citing the Executive Director of the World Bank from the Swiss group of countries Beatrice Mather.
As part of a working trip to Washington, on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the Governors of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund, Beatrice Mather met with the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev.
«During the meeting, the parties discussed key projects aimed at the economic development of Kyrgyzstan, with an emphasis on financing the construction of Kambarata HPP 1 and budget planning issues,» the press service said in a statement.
