Volleyball team of Kyrgyzstan defeats Turkmenistan
The volleyball team of Kyrgyzstan shows good results at the Asian Zonal Championship (CAVA) in Tashkent. The national team defeated Turkmenistan with a score 3:1, taking the leading position in the tournament and securing a place in the final games.
In the next match, the Kyrgyz volleyball players will play against the team of Afghanistan.
Earlier, the Kyrgyzstan’s team won confident victories over the teams of the Maldives and Tajikistan with a score 3:0, and also won a tense match with the hosts of the tournament — the team of Uzbekistan (3:2).
The championship is held under the auspices of the Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA), which unites 14 countries of Central and East Asia, including Kyrgyzstan.
