Ulan Dzhanbolotov to assume post of Chairman of Board of MBANK on October 28
The Board of Directors of Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN (MBANK) decided to appoint Ulan Erkinbekovich Dzhanbolotov to the post of Chairman of the Management Board of the bank on October 17, 2024. The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange reported.
Ulan Dzhanbolotov will assume the new post on October 28. He does not have a stake in the authorized capital of the issuer. The appointment took place as part of the agenda of the meeting of the Board of Directors.
Ulan Dzhanbolotov held the position of Acting Chairman of the Management Board of the bank, and in February — the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN. From 2014 to 2024, he was the Director of the DKIB-Center branch of Demir Kyrgyz International Bank CJSC.
Bektur Aliyev held the position of Chairman of the Board of MBANK, who left the post in August of this year.
