Kyrgyzstanis opened 1,200 successful companies in Chicago
Kyrgyzstanis have opened 1,200 successful companies in Chicago city, Illinois, USA. Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Chicago Bolotbek Borbiev reported at a meeting of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security and Migration of the Parliament.
According to him, the number of restaurants reaches 40.
Bolotbek Borbiev noted that upon arrival in the United States, Kyrgyzstanis first of all face a language barrier, difficulties in obtaining a social security number and a work permit.
The Consul General added that currently one Kyrgyzstani is under house arrest in Chicago, there are no other convicted people in the consular district.
