At the same time, the volume of mutual trade in services over the same period increased by 22.3 percent. Report on the results of monitoring the impact of integration processes on business conditions for the specified period, which was heard by the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, says.
It is noted that the report, drawn up on the basis of the methodology approved by the EEC Board, shows positive dynamics over the past year in all key indicators of the impact of Eurasian integration on the conditions for doing business in the Eurasian Economic Union.
In the field of technical regulation, the number of EAEU technical regulations that entered into force increased to 47, and the share of interstate standards in the lists of standards reached 67 percent.

The share of positive conclusions on the assessment of the regulatory impact of draft EEC decisions has reached its maximum level since 2015 (98 percent), which indicates the general focus of the decisions taken by the commission on improving the conditions for doing business.
«The report confirms that integration processes in the union are bearing real fruit, contributing to business development and improving the standard of living of the population. We see that the EAEU is confidently moving towards creating a single services market — 142 sectors have already been included in it to date. This creates new opportunities for business and contributes to the economic growth of all participating countries,» Bakhyt Sultanov, Minister for Economy and Financial Policy of the EEC, commented on the document.
According to him, these figures indicate, on the one hand, the demand for the formation and expansion of a single services market in the EAEU, and on the other hand, the correspondence of the dynamics of diversification of mutual trade within the EAEU to the global trend of increasing the volume and share of trade in services compared to trade in goods.
Positive dynamics are registered in the area of labor migration, the growth rate of which increased by 35 percent in 2023. The level of registered unemployment in the EAEU as a whole reached a record low of 0.8 percent.
There is a steady trend of growth in the number of operating legal entities and small businesses in most of the union states. An increase in the volume of accumulated direct investment between the EAEU states by 11.2 percent was recorded.
