12,000 meters of fishing nets found in Issyk-Kul Lake for three days
The Ministry of Emergency Situations’ employees found and pulled out 11,900 meters of synthetic fishing nets from Issyk-Kul Lake for three days. The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
According to it, raids are also carried out at night. Thus, in one night, employees found about 20 poaching nets.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations notes that poachers, despite the spawning season, began to set nets in larger amounts than usual.
